This caught my attention from Via Windows Live. Its basically a tool which is aimed at improving your performance within Outlook. It has some very cool features including quick attachment discovery and their automatic profile tool (it basically constructs a profile of people who email you and can automatically extract telephone numbers - it also (I think) checks who is normally in the to address box or the cc box and maintains a list of connected people - very cool stuff).

However the cleverst part of it all is the way they have gone about beta application sign ups. Rather than just adding your name to a list they encourage you to spread the word about the application - so if you reffer two people to the application then they move you to the top of the beta list! Very clever!
